PYRENEES, GANGES, RODWELL, LORD RAGLAN, TYRONE

Burnt PYRENES

DANUBE lost near Cape Cherson, crew saved

At Eupatoria on shore

The following have lost mast :-

No3, HER MAJESTY, No53, ASIA, No55, GLENALOUGH, No61, HABINGER, No 81, GEORGIANA, Crews appear to be still on board.

Two other transports dismasted bowsprits gone.

Balaklava

Gone to pieces on the cliffs :-

PRINCE RESOLUTE, KENILWORTH, WILD WAVE, PROGRESS, WANDERER, MALTA

Riding easy at anchor, MELBOURNE, PRIDE OF THE OCEAN, MEDORA, LADY VALLANT, MERCIA, CADUCEUS, SIR R SALE.

The loss of life is great, 30/40 men hauled over the cliffs.
