The Boston packet ship PARLIAMENT, Capt G. W. PUTNAM arrived in the Mersey yesterday having on board the following cabin passengers;-

The transport PALMYRA arrived at Plymouth sound on Wednesday and left Constantinople on the 26th August with invalids for Malta and England.
List of Naval and seamen passengers
Mr S. LIBBEY, Master, Mr CARRIGAN, Paymaster, Mr A. BAXTER Surgeon, Mr SMITH Mate, Mr SIMMONDS Clerk, Mr PENNY Clerks asst and 23 petty officers and seamen invalids.
One seaman lost his arm at Sulina Mouth the same time as Capt PARKER of the FIREBRAND lost his life, the man was in the boat with the Captain.
Military officers, Col DOYLE, Col CROMBIE Coldsteam guards, Lieut SMITH 14th foot, Asst Surgeon DWYER 18th Royal Irish, medical officer in charge of the troop and 86 men, women and children with invalids for Chatham and Woolwich. These men belong to the, 41st, 47th, 50th, 44th, 71st, 77th, 95th, 86th, 11th Hussars, Artillery, Scots Fusiliers and Grenadier Guards.

Arrival of the CLEOPATRA
Yesterday morning 359 of the 71st Highlanders arrived from Canada by the R. C. M. Steamer CLEOPATRA and consist of 2 Field officers, 18 others of lesser rank, 25 sgts etc, They were billeted here last night and will embark in a day or so for the seat of war in the east.
